SCOPE OF THE ROLE
An apprentice will work towards an engineering technician status
and aid engineers in their work.
The apprenticeship will primarily specialise in one function,
however interdisciplinary skills dependant of the nature of work
being undertaken will be required.
This position will give you the chance to work on some of the top
construction projects and includes travelling to sites on multiple
projects in the UK and Worldwide!
- An apprenticeship will gain an academic qualification in conjunction with work experience. This is achieved through a three-year contract with a day release programme in which attending college one day a week and the other four days spent in the office working alongside experienced professionals.
- On completion of the Advanced Technician Apprenticeship scheme an NVQ (Level 3 Diploma in Building Services Engineering for Technicians) and BTEC
- Level 3 Diploma in Construction and the Built Environment (Building Services Engineering) will be attained. Apprentice studies and on the job experience will lead you to achieve engineering technician status with the Chartered Institute of Building Services Engineers and an exciting career in engineering consultancy.
